Weighing in during weight loss can be challenging. It's easy to work up into a frenzy over each little pound when you really want to lose weight (especially if you have a lot to lose!). So... how often do you weigh in? How often is too often? What do you do to stay motivated? Do you measure your success in other ways than the number on the scale?
Daily Weigh-ins
- I weigh myself every morning before taking a shower. If I start to go in the wrong direction, I don't want to wait until the end of the week and have it be a huge jump in the wrong direction!

- I weigh in once a week. I try to weigh in every Saturday; this helps me so that I can track accurately how much weight I am gaining/losing.
