Weight Loss Excuse Buster

I learned about nutrition. When you give your body the nutrients it needs, it no longer craves the "bad" food. Watch how your body can change after eating "clean" for 30 days. Nutrition is 80% of the total wellness equation.

Weight Loss Excuse

I can work out a diet plan and stick to it for a couple of days, but when things at work crop up, I find myself drinking with colleagues. It isn't about getting drunk, but more of trying to brainstorm solutions. Alcohol's a great social lubricant, but it sure destroys any diet plan. Cheers!

Calorie-less Rewards

My excuses to eat badly were always because I deserved what I wanted (I deserved an Oreo for a bad day, I deserved an Oreo for a good day). There was always some way to reward myself with food. But I've been finding great ways to reward myself in calorie-free ways. There are great ways to motivate yourself to make good food choices, and reward and treat yourself. http://liveitouteveryday.blogspot.com/
