Kraft has teamed with South Beach Diet creator, Dr. Arthur Agatston, to make shopping for SBD-friendly products at your local grocery store quite a bit easier.
Beginning this month, a variety of Kraft products will include a "South Beach Diet Recommended" graphic to help you find foods that fit into the SBD plan. The notice appears on items such as Boca Burgers, Kraft 2% Milk and Fat Free Singles, Planters assorted nuts, and Light N' Lively Cottage Cheese, among a number of other items.
"My goal is to change the way America eats," Dr. Agatston stated in a news release from Kraft. "[The partnership offers] easy ways for people to eat their favorite foods and still help manage their weight."
