Ingredients:
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup canned peaches in juice
- 1 Tbsp. strawberry preserves
- 1 slice raisin bread
Preparation:
- Toast bread.
- Spread preserves over bread.
- Top with cottage cheese.
- Drain peaches, and place fruit on top of cottage cheese.
