  • This plan may help you regulate hormones that can help prevent food cravings.
Con's

  • There is no focus on portion control, something you definitely need to learn in order to maintain any weight loss in the long-run.
  • The author says calories don't matter, but the bottom line is, more calories in than calories out will lead to weight gain; unless you eat fewer calories, you won't successfully lose weight.
  • Weight loss may be very slow.
  • Unless you carefully plan your meals, you could miss out on some important nutrients.
