Resign from the Clean Plate Club

Don't force yourself to eat everything on your plate just because you think you are "supposed" to. Get a carton and pack it up if you're dining out. Even if you can't save what you are eating for another meal, it's better to throw it out than to over-eat. Maybe Fido would like to finish off that hamburger for you. Hey, they don't call them doggie bags for nothing!
