South Beach Diet A to Z: Phase 2 Acceptable Foods

The following foods can be added back into your diet during Phase 2:

  1. Low-GI fruits
  2. Some starches

  3. A variety of additional vegetables
  4. Semi-sweet chocolate
  5. Non-fat yogurt
  6. Fat-free pudding
  7. Wine (1 or 2 glasses a day)
