Track your Points, Peel off Pounds!

WW is Easier than Ever!
What has to be the easiest weight loss program on the market has become even more user-friendly:

Weight Watchers has added a new twist to its highly-successful Points system. It's called FlexPoints and as the name entails, it's all about flexibility!

Why the Change?
The new FlexPoints plan was designed to accommodate busy schedules, sudden cravings, and social pressures. The Points system has always allowed dieters freedom to choose the foods they like.

Now, with FlexPoints, it's even easier to work in those unexpected healthy eating curve balls!

How Does Weight Watchers Work?
You have a daily Points target; it's based on your weight and changes as you progress with your weight loss. Every food has a Points value, so nothing's off limits!

You also can earn Activity Points by exercising which you can swap for food.

What's Different About FlexPoints?
You have a reserve of 35 FlexPoints to spend throughout the week, however you like.

For example, say your curve ball this week is attending an office party. With the way the plan worked before, if you had some banked Points to use up, you could indulge ... if not, you probably would have watched everyone else eat!

With FlexPoints, that changes because now you've automatically got 35 Points to spare!

And what if you don't use your FlexPoints any given week? Then you boost your weight loss efforts and see more results even more quickly.
