Love the flavor of fruity beverages, but hate the high calorie count? Consider some of these smart swaps!

  • Swap a grape soda at 160 calories for one of Glaceau Fruitwater in grape flavor to save 140 calories.
  • Swap a regular size fast food sweet iced tea at 140 calories for Inko's 100% natural white iced tea to save 112 calories.
