The holidays are a busy time. For many of us, it's hard to schedule in a full hour (or even half an hour) to exercise on a regular basis. Assuming shopping doesn't count (unfortunately!), my favorite way to work in exercise during the holiday season is to go the mall in the morning before it opens and walk for about a half an hour. How do you stay active during the holidays?

- By cleaning the house, cleaning the carpets, outside with snow, hand washing, do exercises, go shopping and others.
