Dieting "danger zones" are those areas of your home (such as your couch) or activities (like watching television) that seem to set you up for making poor food choices or overeating. The trick is to find ways to cope: I always save my coupon-clipping for the hour my favorite Sunday-night show is on. (I get so focused on bargain-hunting that I forget about munching!) Share how you have learned to cope with dieting danger zones.

ugghh

My problem is: if junk food is in the house, nutty bars, brownies, etc... I can tell myself over and over "no" and continue to sit down and eat until the boxes are empty :(

In the Danger Zone

Carbohydrates. Hands down. Love the bread, biscuits, toast, crackers, donuts... I have to really make an effort to limit them to two or three times per week. It's a challenge at times. :(
