From the article: Breakfast and Weight Loss: Smart Advice for Breakfast-Skippers
Eating a healthy breakfast is important for many reasons -- including maintaining your energy level throughout the morning and helping your weight-loss efforts by prevent overeating. We all have at least one morning meal that gets us off on the right foot and keeps us full until lunch. My go-to breakfast is scrambled eggs (one egg and two egg whites) and whole-grain toast with omega-3-fortified tub spread. What is your favorite healthy breakfast?
Lean meat b-fast
- I'm more into the grab and go kinda girl for b-fast: 1) I get 2 slices of turkey put shreaded mozarella cheese on one end and roll it up! Pop in the microwave for 1 minute and I'm ready to go! 2. nuts with a few dried cranberries (not to much though) 3. pop 10-12 turkey pepporoni's into the microwave for 1 minute on top of a napkin (to soak up the grease). Put on a new napkin and I'm off. I eat and drive eating them.

Favorite healthy breakfast
- I usually have breakfast at work;so to make it supper simple... I package 1/2 cup servings of oatmeal, adding 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and cinnamon to each package. I bring along raisins, dried cranberries, nuts and even individual containers of applesauce. That way I can mix it up. Just add water and microwave, add extras and you have a healthy, quick and cheap breakfast that stays with you.
