One way to fight childhood obesity is to get kids interested in making smart food choices as early as possible. For example, when my friend April suggested her son pick out a new fruit or vegetable to try once a month, it really got him excited about the variety of produce available. How do you get your kids interested in healthy eating?

Cracking eggs

My almost 5 year old has been cracking eggs since she was 3! Give children a chance to not do it perfectly, but explain what you want the outcome to be...she did it ok to start and now is almost a pro!

How do you get gets to eat healthy?

One way to get kids to eat healthy is to show them the risks that can happen when not eating healthy. That will cause a kid a to make a healthy eating habit. I know this I'm still a kid myself.
