What I Did:
When I was beginning collwge, I was a member of Guatemala Judo team, and weighed 175 pounds.
For a long time I did not care about my weight.
As years passed, my weight went up to 284 pounds, by this time it was very hard to exercise, not even to go for a walk, as my knees were very sore. Doctors always told me that if wanted to get the pain off, I had to lose weight, which I didn't believe.
In April I decided to go on a diet and asked for professional help.
Today I weigh 210 pounds. I've lost 74 pounds and will keep going.
How I Did It:
The nutritionist talks to me about doing the proper things to eat to lose weight.
Eat only what was on the week menu. Five meals a day.
Do aerobic exercises 6 days a week for 30 to 45 minutes -- they could be done in periods of 10 minutes. (Bicycle, elliptic machine, swimming. To go easy on my knees.)
No alcohol.
10 or more glasses of water each day
