Peppermint Pick-Me-Up

I am a big peppermint fan, so some have told me this drink is a little too minty for them. So, you could use any other extract, such as almond, if you prefer.

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat or fat-free milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 packet Splenda or other sweetener

Preparation:

Simply pour all ingredients into a microwavable cup and then microwave until warm (about 30 seconds depending on microwave wattage).

Nutrition Data: 65 calories/2.5 grams of fat
