The Bottom Line

Although I liked most of the foods I tried, when something was bad, it was *really* bad (e.g. the cinnamon and raisin bagel chips that didn't taste like cinnamon or raisins or bagel chips). It is super convenient and easy to prepare for a non-cook like me. It does work. I lost 5.5 pounds my first week.

Pros

  • Portion control is automatic on this diet.
  • Ease of preparation.
  • Good variety of meals.
  • Convenience.
  • Online support available.

Cons

  • Some foods just aren't edible, IMHO.
  • A month costs a lot more than my normal groceries.
  • If you delay or cancel an Autoship a few times, cancelling in future becomes more difficult to do.

Description

  • 1 Breakfast Entree
  • 1 Lunch Entree
  • 1 Dinner Entree

Guide Review - NutriSystem Nourish

I ordered my 28 day supply of food at NutriSystem.com. It was really easy. All I had to do was enter some information into a profile and I was a registered member for free.

There are a lot of great services at the Web site that you can use even if you don't start the program. I was really impressed with the site's content.

Things got off to a great start, because before I even ordered, I found myself with a question or two. Instead of looking around for a 1-800 number, I was able to instantly enter a chat room where almost immediately, I was joined by a NutriSystem counselor.

My 28 day shipment cost me around $300, including shipping and handling. My order arrived quite quickly and in perfect condition.

Overall, I'd recommend this diet for its ease of use and effectiveness. The key is to try a variety of foods until you find your favorites; be prepared to dislike some of them. Prepare to spend around $300 a month for the duration of your diet.
