The fifth step is to take "baby steps" toward big changes. Walking just five minutes today is better than not walking at all yesterday, right? Swearing off all fried foods is less do-able than eliminating soda if you're used to a daily fix of French fries. After all, bite size pieces are much easier to swallow, especially when it comes to losing weight.
