create a plan of what you need to do -- and when -- to make it happen.
This could be as simple as making a daily to-do list or a journal of monthly goals. Goal-setting is crucial to weight loss success and we procrastinators aren't so hot at it. By putting down some goals in writing, they'll seem more real ... and reachable.
