A site visitor named Julia S. sent me the recipe she called "My Miracle Dressing" a while back. I never tried it until I recently started eating two salads every day and I love it! You can use Bacos (or any type of pre-packaged bacon bits) if you don't want to cook your own bacon.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • 3 tablespoons non-fat buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Splenda
  • 3/4 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon finely-chopped dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • crumbled bacon pieces

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Cover tightly. Chill for at least several hours before serving. If you don't want to combine the bacon into the dressing, you can serve it on top of the dressed salad. Yields one cup.
