Don't Ignore Exercise

Be wary of any weight loss program that does not include some form of physical activity as part of its lifestyle changes. Just be sure to check with your doctor to get his o.k. to begin an exercise regime.

Exercise is crucial to healthy, permanent weight loss. Don't be tempted buy a product called anything like "Exercise in a Bottle" either.

Believe me, if they could actually bottle the stuff, my treadmill would be back to being a clothes hanger in an instant! :-)
