Put food in its place.

Is food the high point of your lunch or "coffee" break? Do you spend your time obsessing over what you're going to get to eat? Is eating how you relax on your break? Try making something else priority during your break, like taking a walk or listening to an audio book. That way you can relax without the tendency to overeat or eat thoughtlessly.
