Don't Bail on Breakfast

Researchers conducting a study about how eating fewer meals relates to weight loss found that those who do not eat breakfast may have a four to five percent lower metabolic rate than those who do not!* That's why it's so important to eat breakfast. Try different breakfasts until you find some you can stick with. Otherwise, bailing out on breakfast may sabotoge your weight loss efforts!
