Banish Bowls from the Table
It's all-too-easy to help yourself to seconds... and thirds... and fourths... when serving dishes are already at the dining table. Leave them in the kitchen or on a counter instead of setting them on the table. Prepare plates ahead of time with reasonably-sized portions. Still hungry? Choose vegetables as your seconds rather than meat or starches. A great weight loss tip is to treat vegetables as your main course and meat as a side dish.
