Low-Carb vs. Long-Term Results

Having trouble deciding between a low-fat or a low-carb diet plan? Here is some food for thought: Fitness magazine recently reported that the USDA found that most of the weight lost on low-carb diets is water weight. That means you'll probably gain the weight back if you return to eating more carbohydrates. The alternative? Cut calories and reduce fat intake instead, and get moving!
