| My South Beach Diet Diary: Back to the Beach! (Part 2) |

Easier than Ever
Previously, "South Beachers" have either: followed meal plans from SBD online; used the food guide lists in the books; or prepared the recipes provided with the diet. Making the plan easier to follow than ever is the availability of the South Beach Diet line of convenience foods in grocery stores nationwide.
Kraft Foods first partnered up with The South Beach Diet in 2004 when they began including a "South Beach Diet Recommended" graphic on foods that were acceptable on the plan, such as Kraft 2% Milk Singles and Planters assorted nuts.
Now there are a variety of South Beach Diet products on the shelves, from cereal bars to sandwich wraps, to pizza! Since I do little cooking beyond microwaving frozen things and toasting bread (Mom isn't very proud of this, I can tell you. LOL!), I am thrilled to be able to include these items in my meal plan.
How Conveeenient!
Convenience is a major plus, too. Like NutriSystem Nourish (which I also recently tried), the South Beach Diet is now very practical for dieters on the go. In my own experience, the convenience factor has often meant the difference between quickly giving up on a diet or sticking to it for the duration. The option to grab a meal replacement bar or warm up a frozen dinner sounds like just the ticket.
So, join me in the coming weeks to find out what things are like on the Beach!
