My South Beach Diet Diary: Back to the Beach! | |
It has been almost two years since I did my first review of the SBD. I had a good experience with it then, but I did not stay on it past my trial period. Now I am 25 pounds heavier. Since I only followed the plan for a few weeks the first time around, I would like to get a better picture of what it's like in the long-term.
This means at least two weeks of strict dieting on Phase 1 ... plus sticking to Phase 2 until I reach my goal weight and living on Phase 3 for maintenance. I have read the 2005 paperback revised edition of the diet.
