South Beach Diet A to Z: Phase 3

What is Phase 3?
You can eat anything you want during Phase 3. You will determine how many carbs you can add back into your diet without gaining weight. You will have learned all the skills you need to maintain your weight. Phase 3 is now your way of life.

If you see your weight start to go up, you will need to cut back on carbs. If you need to lose weight, you can start the Phases over again.
