Meal Replacement Bars on the SBD
Kraft's South Beach Diet line of meal replacement bars is, of course, acceptable. (Just be sure you check the box or package to see which Phase they are for.)
The South Beach Diet bars come in several different flavors such as chocolate crisp and peanut butter. They are free of trans fat and contain protein, fiber and vitamins.
Remember: Don't skip meals. Eating regularly keeps your energy level up and blood sugar from dropping too low (This can lead to cravings.). Plus, skipping meals could cause you to gain weight by stalling your metabolism.
