Do I Really Need to Exercise?
If you think your treadmill is evil, then it's a neccesary one.

Whether it be by eating less or exercising more ... for every 3,500 calories you cut, you'll lose a pound. But experts agree that watching what you eat and exercising regularly is the best and safest way to lose weight.

I would advise you to be wary of any weight loss program that does not include some form of physical activity. Exercise is crucial to healthy, permanent weight loss.
