How to 'Magically' Lose Five Pounds

Even with the same weight, a taller person looks like a slimmer one. You can look around five pounds slimmer if you add an inch to your height simply by adopting a better posture.

Here's How:
- Stand in front of a tall mirror.
- Lift up your shoulders.
- Rotate your shoulders back.
- Press them down.
- Keep your shoulders as far back and down as you can. Hold for the count of 16.
- Relax your shoulders.
- Relax your arms.
- Make your neck long and straight. Do not tilt your head.
- Flatten the low of your back.
- Contract your abdominal muscles to flatten your stomach.
- Take a minute or two to 'memorize' how your body feels while in this position.
- Remember this feeling every time you want to look slimmer.
Tips:
- Measure you height before and in the process of the exercise.
- Take before and after pictures of yourself in tight clothes.
- Do this exercise regularly and you'll notice an improvement in your posture.
