So the newest, hottest diet craze has hit the magazine racks. Gossip and fashion magazines are reporting that Katy Perry, Kelly Osbourne and a host of other celebrities are following the M-Plan Diet, a weight loss program that helps women slim down in their hips and thighs but not in their bust lines.
So does it work? Oddly enough, the program has some credibility. The diet is based on a mushroom-based eating plan and it is possible to shed some weight by using mushrooms. I spoke to nutrition expert and registered dietitian Heidi Diller about how the plan works and about the claims that the diet can preserve your bust line.
