Fresh Express Lettuce Recall

If you have recently purchased a bagged salad product, take note: Fresh Express has announced a recall of expired romaine lettuce products with use by dates of July 8-12, 2010 and "S" in the Product Code due to possible health risk. The items have the potential of being contaminated with E-coli O157:H7.

your best bet is to not buy bagged lettuce at all. You never know and the whole kind is usually less expensive anyway!
