I like your comment – I also think that eating fish is much better and more healthy than eating meat. I totally agree that the healthy omega 3 fat acid satisfy the appetite. You just should check that the fat intake keeps within a rational range of 50 – 80 g fat per day, but I never heard that someone became fat because of fish have a good day, Jens
