If your appetite seems out of control these days, head for the seafood counter. Fish that are rich in the healthy fat known as Omega-3 may help keep you feeling fuller longer than other foods that do not contain the heart health-helping fat.

Dear Jennifer,
I like your comment – I also think that eating fish is much better and more healthy than eating meat. I totally agree that the healthy omega 3 fat acid satisfy the appetite. You just should check that the fat intake keeps within a rational range of 50 – 80 g fat per day, but I never heard that someone became fat because of fish ;-) have a good day, Jens

Omega 3 is also great for migraine sufferers and those with mild depression – practically a wonder food!
