One thing I liked is that she addressed people who eat when they're feeling glad. (You usually only see coping skills for "bad" feelings; a lot of folks don't realize that we emotional eaters don't just eat as a result of negative feelings, but positive ones, too.).
I was also surprised that she pointed out that boredom isn't actually a feeling at all. I've never thought of it like that ... it isn't like "angry" or "sad" ... it's something different altogether, but we often lump it in with those other emotions. She links the boredom to an underlying depression, which certainly explains the emotional connection.
