Today, let's take a look at some signs of heart attack.
We often think of a heart attack as something that comes on suddenly. Did you know most heart attacks start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort? People aren't sure what's wrong and, unfortunately, wait too long to get help.
Here are some signs that can mean a heart attack:
Chest discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain.
Discomfort in other areas of the upper body, such as discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
Shortness of breath, which may occur with or without chest discomfort as well as breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea, or lightheadedness.

Awesome post, most people don’t really know the true symptoms of a heart attack. It is good to inform people of how varied they can be and the different symptoms they come with.
I very often get these symptoms and about two years ago found out that i had a heart attack. I have a severe anxiety disorder and the symptoms of an anxiety attack are unbelievably similar. I never know when to take a pill and ignore it or go straight to the hospital because it happens so frequently especially the pain and dizziness and tingling and numbness in my hands. Like you said the symptoms go away and return as do the anxiety attacks. And on top of that my asthma is triggered by the attack so its really hard to tell. I cant run to the dr every ten minutes. What should I do?
