Looking for one more reason to add more veggies to your diet? People who consume a large amount of vegetables lose 25% more weight than people who simply cut fat from their daily diets, according to research.

I completely agree about vegging out. I’m not surprised at all that people lose 25% more weight including them.

BTW, just have to tell you again, Jennifer. Your e-mails rock so much. I really love all of them but this last one especially hit home with me about how friends/loved ones can hinder our diet. What an awareness, and I loved how you said that sometimes we might need to put a little distance between them & us once we’ve explained how serious we are about losing the weight & they still don’t respond positively to our explanation, and get back together with them a little later after we’ve become more grounded (paraphrasing). That hit home so much in my case. Thank you so much for the validation and insight.
