I am quite proud of myself these days: I have learned to use not one, not two ... but four of the appliances in my kitchen and that's not including the microwave, which is of course, one of the few appliances I have actually been using over the last few years.
Recently, my friend Brandon taught me how to make a healthy Chinese-style meal at home so I was happy to share what I learned. Not only has it saved me tons of calories, my monthly takeout budget has gone down quite a bit, too!
Next challenge? Working the rice cooker! Woo-hoo!
