I have officially moved my exercise routine indoors. Last summer, the heat just didn't seem to get to me as much as it is this year. I was able to continue my outdoor walks for 45 minutes... even up to half an hour!
This year, after about 10 minutes I feel (and look) like I've been passed through an automated car wash ...
If I am even slightly tempted to go back outdoors, I will be better prepared -- dressing in clothes that will keep me cool rather than whatever happens to not be in the dirty clothes hamper -- using the advice I read in this "Click This!" feature.
Plus, I am definitely going to keep the other five of exercise Guide Paige's advice for exercising in the heat in mind -- you should, too!
