It certainly sounds good, but should be treated with caution. I think its value can lie in getting you over the hump of the plateau in diets, as well as getting you into a proper routine and a healty lifestyle. Seeing results gets you motivated, but pills should not be seen as a quickfix, but possibly as part of an arsenal, and as temporary measure only.
