Pop to It!

A study published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association found that those who eat popcorn consume a whopping 250% more whole grains and over 20% more fiber than those who don't enjoy the movie-time treat!

What a delicious and fun way to get in those healthy grains! A quick, healthy snack couldn't get much easier! (And, at my house, popping popcorn is like an engraved invitation to put on a favorite DVD and just chill out... got to love that excuse for a little R&R!)

Just be sure to choose a light microwave popcorn when shopping, not the regular or movie theater butter variety. (My pick is Act II 94% Fat Free!)
