Eating fat can actually help you with losing weight by helping you to eat less.

Not only does fat provide a sense of fullness, eating enough of a healthy fat called omega-3 fatty acids may cause your metabolism to burn fat more efficiently.

The rule of thumb is to make sure most of your daily fat-intake comes from polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fat.


Tuna is rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
