Step it Up!

A research study found that the number of steps we take walking each day may be directly related to the size of your waist and hips. The fewer steps, the bigger the numbers on the measuring tape.

Invest in a pedometer (They're really cheap!) and start working toward a goal of 10k a day to get your number of daily steps up and the notches on the measuring tape down!
