According to research at Brown University, sticking to exercise longer may all boil down to how you feel before your workout.

Sedentary study participants who psyched themselves up to try a new workout exercised more than 60% longer than those who were of a negative mind frame (like, say, "I'd rather be doing my taxes!").

Tell yourself how much you will enjoy that kickboxing class before you've even slipped on your sneakers and you'll be more likely to see it through.
