"Smart Swap!": Doughnut a Do-Not

Ah, a sweet, crumbly cinnamon doughnut so hits the spot with a cup of coffee on a lazy Saturday morning! I've been good all week, so how much damage could it do? Well, an average 150-pound person would have to walk an hour-and-a-half to burn off the calories in a typical doughy treat. So much for that lazy Saturday, huh?

So, let's make a smart swap by trading in that doughnut for a much better calorie-bargain. I recently tried Hostess 100 Calorie Packs in the cinnamon streusel coffee cake variety... the verdict? Yum! Each pack contains three mini coffee cakes with a crumbly sweet topping quite similar to "crumb" doughnuts. The best part? This smart swap saved me almost 200 calories!
