"Smart Swap!": Sayonara, Soda

Do you swig down a few sodas daily? If you drink three cans of soda a day, switching to water or another calorie-free beverage would save you an average of 450 calories each day!

That regular soda habit adds up to about 3,000 calories a week -- if you cut them instead, you could lose almost a pound a week without making any other changes.
