Tuning in to your favorite music may motivate you to keep moving.Researchers at Brunel University in England found that music helped research subject exercise longer.
Choose tunes that keep you motivated and in a good mood. My favorite picks for walking are upbeat 80s tunes like "Something So Strong" by Crowded House.
However, seems it is best to turn off the tunes when eating, because Georgia State University research showed people eat more when they listen to music.
