"Burn, Biker, Burn!"

A recent study at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, showed that about 30 minutes of sprint cycling (alternating speeds by pedaling quickly for 30 seconds and then slow for 4 minutes) is as effective as a full hour-and-a-half of moderate pedaling.
