7 Secrets to a Better Breakast

I didn't have an easy time cutting down to fat-free milk when I first started trying to lose weight. Back then, it was called skim milk, but I called it cloudy water. I said it was like someone added water to the residue from a glass of regular milk that had already been drunk. Yuck.

Take two -- I switched to 2% for about three months and then gradually started using fat-free every other day until I finally got used to it.

I guess there are some changes that are just easier to ease into.
