They make a lot of big promises, but most of what I actually wanted to know was nowhere to be found! - Is it designed or overseen by nutrition professionals or doctors?
- How many calories will I consume daily?
- Are any foods "forbidden" or "bad"?
- What types of foods will I be eating most often?
- Does the plan include physical activity?
- Is the food plan permanent or does it change as I lose weight?
