Taking it easy this summer? Lazing poolside or reclining for a beach-side read sure is a relaxing way to while the hot days away.
The downside? All that R&R could lead to weight-gain before you realize it ... look for opportunities to move around or stand up when you can. Some studies have even shown that people who fidget weigh less than those of us who stay still.
Work in movement wherever and whenever you can and you'll keep the summertime weight blues away!
